Always a lover of this shop. Since i quit smoking 2 years ago.. recently ordered coils and they came with 2 10ml shots of riot salts as a little birthday treat. Such a nice gesture. Highly recommended for for advice on juices, coils and mods. Great prices and deals too x

such a awesome shop, so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. with covid i wasn't getting into Birmingham but found the web shop and have been ordering on line since the start of covid. you get the same quality product, with the same deals and they are really quick, comes within a day or 2 and always with a friendly hand written note of thanks for the order, cannot rate these guys highly enough, they are totally brilliant, provide first class service, support and products thank you

I brought a tank for my vape I spent £35, soon as a put it on it had a issue where when I take a puff on it it would not give smoke out properly so toke it back to the shop the lady clean it and fobbed me off by saying the MOD I have is faulty and the tank she sold me is OK I should take the mod back to where I brought it so I did that and there place I originally brought it from he tried another tank on it which worked perfectly I will not be coming back to you either won't be recommending to anyone. 😡😡😡😡 there just want your money no refund or anything just ROBBING PEOPLE.

Started ordering on line when store closed with pandemic. Service is second to none. Usually receive parcel next day. Always with a compliment slip with a few thank yous in which I love . Excellent service highly recommend
